In contrast to traveling during the winter, the bus can be very hot in the summer since it is not well air conditioned. As noted in another review, lights and usb ports were not functional, only the WiFi was functional. I understand that the toilet on the bus should not be used much because it can become stinky, but it is good that it is there when you absolutely cannot wait for a rest stop. The seats were comfortable and the staff were very good in service and with messages. One thing I would like to point out to travellers, is that the travel times provided by the company are only for the most ideal conditions, and the company should note this as very important. During my trip, there was a 13 hour delay at the Ukrainian-Polish border. Luckily, I did not have any important scheduled events, but if you are planning a tight schedule, you should be ready for long delays. I hope Boryspil Airport opens soon!
